ISOVER ACOUSTIC is an insulating wool board designed for soundproofing partition structures. The optimized weight/density ratio of the insulation makes it an excellent and cost-effective alternative for soundproofing partition walls. ISOVER ACOUSTIC is air-permeable, fireproof, chemically neutral, free from pesticides and allergens, durable, safe against rot and decay, and does not breed pests. ISOVER ACOUSTIC has received the highest emission class for construction products - M1 (buildings using materials of the M1 emission class are safe for people with asthma or allergies).
ISOVER ACOUSTIC is primarily designed as a material for providing sound insulation in plasterboard partitions with a metal frame. It can also be used as sound insulation in ceilings, floors and other interior enclosing structures. It is not the most suitable material for insulation.
