The Capatect Universaldübel 053 consists of a dowel shank, Ø 8 mm, with a pre-installed galvanized double-threaded screw and a washer head, Ø 60 mm. The dowel can optionally be mounted flush with the surface of the thermal insulation boards or sunk into the compressible thermal insulation boards.
In the case of flush mounting, the screw in the screw channel is covered with Capatect-Universaldübel-PS-Stopfen (polystyrene plug). In the case of installation where the dowel is mounted by sinking into the surface of the substrate, the dowel washer is covered with a round tablet Capatect-Universaldübel-Rondelle PS or MW.
Certified additional fastening of Capatect facade insulation plates and suitable bases within Capatect thermal insulation composite systems A and B.
For the thickness of the thermal insulation material:
a) For mounting at one level: d ≥ 60 mm
b) For mounting immersed in the material: (only in the case of compressible insulation materials): d ≥ 80 mm
