Vario® KB1 is a single-sided adhesive tape designed for gluing seams of ISOVER Vario® Xtra and other vapour barriers, ensuring a hermetic connection. The tape is suitable for gluing on PE, PA, PU, PP and aluminium films, on paper and plastic, as well as on OSB and particle boards. The tape is intended for indoor use only.
Vapor barrier joints should be overlapped by at least 100mm. The surface should be dry, clean and dust-free before applying the tape. When installing the tape, the air temperature should be above -10˚C. At lower temperatures, the surface to be glued and the adhesive tape should be heated before installation.
