Information

Mastic is made up of petroleum bitumen modified with polymers, aluminum pigment, processing aids, and organic solvent. Formed by an elastic mastic insulating coating effectively protects the asphalt roof from UV rays and heat, and the metal roof from corrosion.

Application areas:
Mastic protective aluminum has reflective properties and is used to protect roofs from UV rays and thermal aging.
Used for:
- protective layer on the new asphalt, bitumen-polymer mastic roofs; - restore the protective layer on the old asphalt, bitumen-polymer mastic and roll roofing;
- protection of metal roofing systems from corrosion;

Consumption of mastic on one layer: on the roof mastic - 0.4 kg/m2, the old roll roofing - 0.6 kg/m2; on a metal roof - 0.4 kg/m2.
